বেতন স্কেলঃ ব্যাংকের বিদ্যমান বিধি অনুযায়ী। শিক্ষানবিসকাল ০৬ (ছয়) মাস। শিক্ষানবিসকাল সন্তোষজনক ভাবে সম্পন্ন করার পর নিয়মিত বেতন স্কেলে চাকরিতে স্থায়ী করা হবে।

Educational Qualification :

The minimum qualification is a Master’s Degree/MBA/MBM or equivalent with 4 years of Honors from any Public or Private University approved by UGC.

Salary& Allowances :

The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of one year with monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 48,000/- only. On successful completion of a probation period, the candidates will be confirmed in the rank of Officer on the scale of pay Tk. 24,240-1380 x 4-29,760-EB-1,680 x 6-39,840/-and other admissible allowances with total initial emoluments of Tk. 55,500/- only per month.
